Amzie Moore House

Built in 1941, the Amzie Moore House stands as a historic landmark and tribute to Amzie Moore’s pivotal role in the Mississippi civil rights movement. It has been transformed into a museum that preserves Moore’s legacy while offering visitors a glimpse into the history of activism and change. The home is open by appointment only.
