Mississippi Freedom Trail – Aaron Henry

Clarksdale pharmacist, Aaron Henry, was a major early grassroots activist in the civil rights movement. As the local NAACP president, he led a local business boycott campaign, during which he was arrested and his home and pharmacy firebombed.
