Mound Bayou Museum
The Mound Bayou Museum tells the story of Mound Bayou, Mississippi, a community that was founded and developed by ex-slaves and descendants of American slaves. The museum also tells the story of the accomplishments of civil rights figures including Fannie Lou Hamer, Amzie Moore, and Medgar Evers.
