Sipp & Savor Returns to The MAX on April 11, 2026
Meridian, MS – One of Mississippi’s most anticipated culinary and cultural events of the year, Sipp & Savor returns to the Mississippi Arts + Entertainment Experience (The MAX) on Saturday, April 11, 2026. Tickets are on sale now at sippandsavor.com or by visiting The MAX.
Recognized in 2025 by the Mississippi Tourism Association and the Mississippi Main Street Association, the annual food and drink experience fills the Citizens National Bank Courtyard and lines the streets of downtown Meridian with samples and tastings for festival attendees from across the Southeast.
Among the celebrated chefs, brewers, and distillers participating in this year’s festival are representatives from City Grocery (Oxford), Elvie’s (Jackson), Hog & Hominy (Memphis), Mister Mao (New Orleans), Pulito Osteria (Jackson), and Vestige (Ocean Springs), with a full lineup that boasts nine Michelin nods and a combined 15 James Beard awards and nominations.
Known for his New Orleans-based, Michelin-recognized restaurant Saba, two-time James Beard winner and former Top Chef judge, Chef Alon Shaya, will headline.
“We’re so excited to participate in this year’s Sipp & Savor alongside such an incredible lineup of chefs, brewers, and mixologists from all across the South,” said Shaya. “It’s truly a privilege to headline an event that supports and uplifts the South’s artistic and culinary legacy.”
