All along the beach in Biloxi, you’ll find companies renting jet skis and other personal watercraft. Some companies even rent e-bikes and sporty autocycles, too. So whether you feel the need for speed on the water or just want to turn some heads on Beach Boulevard, the choice is yours.<\/p>\n

Hike a Clay Canyon<\/h2>\n

Red Bluff has been called the Grand Canyon of Mississippi. Regardless of the comparisons, the deep red clay ravine is truly one of Mississippi’s most unique places and a definite must-see. Just be aware that the short, but steep, hike is easier going down than coming back up \u2013 and the clay can get really slippery after a rain.<\/p>\n

Ride Off-Road<\/h2>\n

There are lots of great places for cycling in Mississippi, but you can’t beat a ride through the forest. The Tri-County Mountain Bike Trails offer more than 10 miles of trails, complete with berms, jump lines and rock formations, and routes for all skill levels. The trails are maintained by the Tri-County Mountain Bike Association.<\/p>\n

Sail Away<\/h2>\n

The 33,000-acre Ross Barnett Reservoir is one of the state’s most popular destinations for recreational boating. Don’t have your own boat? No worries. Pontoon boats can be rented at the Main Harbor Store from March through September. (And if you’re hungry, stop by Pelican Cove Grill. It’s located in the same building but is also accessible by boat.)<\/p>\n
