Aplós – Jackson

Aplós is a fast-fine restaurant incorporating influences from Italy, Greece, and the Middle East. Their “Simple Mediterranean” cuisine is built around an eight-spit rotisserie and a Neapolitan pizza oven, with a menu that features spit-fired meats, Mediterranean wraps, salads, and Italian-style pizzas. The restaurant has a second location in Ridgeland at the Renaissance at Colony Park development.
